About the event
Join us for Dance Cardio at the Aertson Hotel! We will move our bodies for 50 minutes through sculpting, cardio and rhythmic movement.
Your ticket includes a $5 off drink voucher and a day pass to the pool!
Please bring a yoga mat and wear tennis shoes!
If you don’t have a yoga mat, please let us know in advance so we can reserve one for you.
