Meagan has taught fitness for over 8 years with a background in teaching barre and cycling. Growing up, Meagan was a competitive cheerleader where she found her passion in music and fitness. She is so excited to bring One Nation to the Knoxville community.

Rebecca is a Knoxville native with an extensive dance background. Rebecca feels the most herself when she is exploring music and movement while expanding her community. Rebecca believes in the power of group workouts and hopes to uplift and empower all in her classes.

Brooke found her passion for health and fitness when she became a Personal Trainer 5 years ago. Brooke believes in the power of movement to help heal the mind, body, and soul. She is beyond excited to bring even more energy to the One Nation studio and connect with all members!
