Join us on the lawn at Monday Night Brewing for a Dance Cardio class! 50 minutes of full body movement, high- energy fun and an upbeat playlist curated by Rebecca and Meagan.
Please bring a yoga mat and wear tennis shoes!
If you don’t have a yoga mat, we have a select few available.
