About the event
One of the world’s most iconic sporting events is coming up July 26-August 11, and to celebrate, we’re partnering with the Kimpton Aertson Hotel in Nashville to host a themed “Go for the Gold” pop-up Dance Cardio Class on Saturday, August 10th at 10 AM in the hotel’s ballroom.
Attendees are encouraged to wear red, white and blue (Go Team USA!) while breaking a sweat to iconic tunes like Queen’s “We Are the Champions.”
After the 50-minute class, attendees are invited to cool down with a complimentary French 75 cocktail at the on-site restaurant, Henley, as a nod to the “City of Love.”
Please bring a yoga mat and wear tennis shoes.
If you don’t have a yoga mat, please let us know in advance so we can reserve one for you.
